Hi, welcome to the Magix forums.

I can hear no sound in Harmony Agent or Remix Maker. No metronome click either. What's wrong?

Absolute no idea, because we need a lot more information about your computer, the exact version of Music Maker you are running, what you have tried so far, etc., etc. This post will give you some idea about the minimum detail we need to see if any fellow-user is going to be able to help you.

Hi Robert,

I believe you've already been in touch with support regarding this. So, just for the information of anyone else having this issue and reading this: This is a known issue when running the software on ASIO or WASAPI drivers. A practical workaround solution could be switching over to Wave or DirectSound drivers, if acceptable in your particular use case. (Obviously not a good idea if you require low latency times in order to perform audio or MIDI recordings.) The issue has been reported to development for their attention.

Cheers!
