Hello, Can't use my editing solfware. VEGAS Movie Studio 16 Platinum

Hello,

I can't use my solfware i got on 4/22/2019. When i try to redownload on a new pc it says

"This serial number has already been registered to another email address. Please contact MAGIX support.

 

Could you help me , I need this for work still.
