No matter what top I click on in Help I get the error message:

Line: 162
Error: Object doesn't support property or method 'startsWith'

In 'Editing the disc project' I click on Help at the top. Then Context Help. Then e.g. what looks like two chain links, then Internet Explorer shows a mostly blank screen but at the bottom says "Internet Explorer restricted this web page from running scripts or ActiveX Controls". If I click on 'Allow blocked content' before the message disappears a help home page comes up. No matter what I click on, e.g. 'What is Movie Studio' I get:

"Webpage Error' and

"Line: 162
Error: Object doesn't support property or method 'startsWith'"

We need more information:

Program full name and version number if it is not a Vegas product, otherwise Vegas products, with the exception of Movie Studio 18 and later versions, have their own forum see the Important Posts here.
