Help not fast coming

Has anyone actually had a help ticket completed by MAGIX I have had a problem starting Vegas Movie 15 platinum for weeks, it wont get past the first splash screen yet I cant seem to get a reply from anywhere on how to fix this, the software simply refuses to open after numerous un installs and re installs, I have contacted support, sent screenshot and still never had an answer.

However, to directly answer your question, assuming you are using the appropriate support contact channel (e.g. by using the Contact button at the foot of every Vegas forum page) your experience is not one I share. I very recently had a specific problem with another Magix software, and so used the Contact button in this forum, and technical support replied to my ticket within, at most, a few days.

My experience is the same as Jeff. I have never had a problem with Support. Always had a response within a few days. Actually contacted them in the last couple of weeks and as the query progressed I had to send them my Project File. A response was received shortly afterwards.
