Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Download and install the free (or paid-for, at your choice) Revo Uninstaller and use it to completely remove the current installation of Sound Forge. Once it has finished the initial uninstall it will then do a search on your computer for anything associated with SF; just make sure you check carefully everything it lists, especially if you have any other Magix software installed.

In the advanced scan mode, Revo Uninstall usually IDs all pertinent leftover data, but it does not take a very long time to check the Program files, Appdata and registry and/or use an additional registry cleaner
