How can I get a refund?

I been having issues with installing Vegas Pro 23 for over a week now and concluded I will be getting a different software for video editing. I sent a support ticket 12 days ago and haven't been answered since. Is there anyway I can get a refund for the software I haven't been able to use?

@Fernando-Nieto Usually a mail to infoservice@magix.net and asking for a refund should be enough.
