Use 'File' >> 'Export movie' >> Single frame as JPEG' ( or BMP). The default size is the same a s your project but you can set whatever you want.

Did you not read the answer from cpc000cpc.

If that is not what you want create a new post giving more detail of the program you are using, version number and what you are wanting to do.
