How come I cannot open/import any music file from my laptop to this program? Also, my sound won't work

If you are talking about Music maker in that case we can not open but we have to use File Manager for browsing and when we locate the folder we can open.

If sound is not working in that case please check settings for ASIO driver and your computer control panel.

I wish if you could add more details: Name of software and version, windows xp, vista or 7/8? your ASIO settings.

Please note: in trial version some features may not work.
