How do I access the "Travel Route Animation"

Using Edit Pro 14

Windows 7 64 bit

All I'm getting is a window telling me OPENING MAP and nothing happens

Hi,

Do you mean version 14 or 2014? If version 14, then TRA probably no longer works due to changes in the source website, meaning Openstreetmap.org. Magix made patches but only for version 17 and later. See the following information on the Magix Support site:

If you mean 2014, it should work.

Providing your Firewall is allowing MEP and the TRA to access the Internet.

Where to check depends on the Firewall you are using.

Am using EDIT PRO 2014 PLUS

I've uninstalled everything to do with Magix and reinstalled The Edit Pro 2014 Plus

Travel Route Animation still won't open. Just the windowe saying "opening map" with nothing happening after 6 minutes

Have asked the experts at MAGIX, awaiting their reply

What is your Firewall software you are using - note it may be part of your Antivirus suite?
