How do I add text ballons/call outs, as depicted in the photo attached?

The animated caption ( text balloon or callout ) was added in powerpoint. I would like to know can this be done in Magix Photostory 9? If so, how?

It can't do that.

If you did it in powerpoint, then a crude method would be to save the file there and drag into magix.

Now it gets complicated - if you don't know how to do that - best not to.

There are dedicated programs that do this, try a Google search
