How do I change the language of my download from German to English

I downloaded a german version of MAGIX Video Pro X3 and after instaling I found out it is a German download not an English one

Do I have to download the full download or can I just download the language package

If I just have to replace the language package where do I download from ?

You would need to download the full program... but if you purchased the German version, shouldn't it be in German?

The program was given to me by someone who purchased it in Germany while on holiday

So it looks like I will just have to dump this program
