Probably neither - assuming you are refering to the main grid in the arrangement window that is displaying the number of bars/measures in the arrangement.

Changing the time signature will not change the bars/measure grid spacing - it does however change the bar numbers and 'ticks' at the top of the grid.

Thank you for the answer.  Apparently I was not clear in my question. When I changed the time signature it did not affect the counts per bar, or measure.  Is that a glitch in Music Maker 2013?
