First moderate your language your post has been edited to removed the totally unacceptable language you used and the rant. Additionally do not type in capitals it is bad forum etiquette and considered as shouting amnd read the Community rules - link is at the bottom of the page.
If you had bothered to read the pages fully - most people who have issues navigating the system don't, as you worked through the Support pages you would have ended up at the correct place to raise a support ticket.
