I am currently testing MAGIX Movi Edit Pro 2021 and in Help I find out that there are over 100 Transitions. There are about 30 in the tested version. Why?

All Trial versions of Magix software are limited in some way.
In the case of MEP it is in the area of a considerable number of additional files and effects, including Transitions, which become available to download and install once the app is purchased and an activation key/serial number received and entered into the registration screen.

Are you asking 2 different questions - the title of your post is
How many transitions between, for example, individual film frames
however the comments you have made relate to something else?
