How much RAM do I need to run Movie Edit Pro 17?

I have 7.88 GB of "usable RAM," yet I keep getting the "Runtime Error" and can't export projects. Is RAM the problem? (I'm on a PC, OS is Windows 7, program in question is Movie Edit Pro 17.)

A minimum of 2GB RAM is fine to run the said programme.
