when i first time open it , it says i can download a lot of things , about 7, from 200MB to 2G , i close it and cannot find them , where i click to download them?
Are you sure you have Video Pro X? An earlier post you made to the forum showed you were trying to download and install a Magix Vegas product.
Assuming you do have Video Pro X, when the screen appears you need to make sure that every item that you want is ticked in the box to the left and you then press the button which says "Continue". (Speaking personally, I would always select ALL the items to download.)

yes, i have video pro x11. i find them in help /install extra content.but update online and download effects are very slow, how can i download them quick?

There is one folder that is always slower to download than the rest. There is normally no way to download quicker and will depend on the how much work is being done at the server end. You could try downloading at different times of day to see if you can find a quiet period but it is just best to let it download. That one section I think is the 2GB download.
