Hi Russ and welcome to the user to user forums.

Sad to say it won't do you any good anyway. Movie Edit Pro 14 is not Windows 10 compatible.

Also, personally I would not think about upgrading either until I had checked the needed minimum specifications I would need for the new version of Movie Edit Pro, as a lot of the Surface Pro models are not powerful enough to run the new version. In fact, to run smoothly it would have to exceed all of the minimum requirements.
