How to download the packages for magix music maker 17?

So i bought Magix Music Maker 17 and i installed and nothing bad happened.But then when i tried to download the packages the downloading window did not respond and i don,t know how to download the packages.

I use windows 7 ultimate 64x and i have h:GPU:HD6850

                                                                              CPU:AMD Phenom II X4 955

                                                                               4 GB OF RAM

                                                                                650W PSU

Download what packages?

Do you mean the content from the drop down menu "Help" from within the Music Maker program?

If there is no responce, check to see if you are running a firewall or some sort of anti-viral, protection software. It might disable the ports necessary for the program to communicate to the download server.

I usually disable them, as most of these now are so very intrusive, they protect sure, but at the cost of using the computer...
