How to enlarge a frame or segment

Hello, Can you please tell me how I can enlarge a frame or segment of my film. Most of the material fills up the whole preview monitor window, but than I get to a section that is about half the size. I would like to enlarge it to fit .

I am using Magix Movie Edit pro 2014.

I suppose you use Effects - Section, then mark "Fill screen"
