How to fix MP4 export from consistently erroring out

I go through the entire process of putting a video together with Movie Edit Pro 2013 Plus and when I go to export it and I pick MPEG-4 it always gives me the following error:

Error in module "(null)" (Load address: 0xffffffff) to address 0x00000000

Exception 0xc0000005 "ACCESS_VIOLATION"

Any ideas?

I can export successfully to WMV, but not MPEG-4.

I am using version 12.0.0.32 (UDC2) of MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 2013 Plus.

same issue here creating a mp4 I get a crash error since I upgraded

is there a way to go back to the previous version I really need the mp4 to work

so we can use the videos across phone platforms

I just ran into this problem myself in ProX 5. Has no one found an answer yet?
