After installation of the recently purchased Movie Studio Platinum 16.0, it let me know that not all treats will work properly in my Window 7 and that I need to upgrade to Movie Studio 17; problem is that Movie Studio 17 works only in Windows 10.

By the way, before I purchased it there was no indication about this issue.

Do I need to uninstall first Movie Studio 16 in my Windows 7? If yes, this is not sure that I will be authorized to use the same serial number again; the Support Center will say that this number has already been used.

I cannot contact a real person/assistant on the site, all I get are automatic 'assistants' who cannot answer this.
