How to paste a list of features and have it fade into them?

VideoPro wrote on 12/7/2018, 2:27 PM

Is there a quick way to create a title slide, which has these lines, fading in, say every 1 second, etc, or just a faster way to drop a list of features into a title box, and have it automatically schedule the correct timing to display in a stylish way? I image someone has done this before? I just don't want to create title boxes for every one of these, and want to do this all at once, and if it is all on one title box, that is fine, but can it be like a power point where it gradually shows the features appearing one by one ?

How are Botox® and Dysport similar and different?

Both Dysport and Botox® are forms of botulinum toxin type A

Both products have been used in Europe for almost 20 years to treat certain types of muscle disorders

Botox® received FDA approval for cosmetic use in the United States in 2002. Dysport recently received FDA approval

Both products are safe and effective in the treatment of wrinkles on the face

Dysport is a smaller molecule, so the units are different than Botox® (i.e., 20 units of Botox® equal 60 units of Dysport)

Dysport works faster (in only 1-3 days vs. 4-7 for Botox®) and has FDA approval for a four month duration (vs. 3-4 months for Botox®)

Dysport is a better value per unit than Botox®

Why not just produce a project with only that in it and save it? Then when you want to start a new project copy that project and rename it into a new folder? Upon opening the new project you could then move them to the end of the project and move them into place later? It's easy to change titling once created to new text if needed.

There may be another way to do it, but it's a solution.

Is it possible you can share some project files with this style layout already in place? I wish that this software had that already created to use as like general sequences which the majority of people will be needing, like an explain video, and a FAQ video format with classy transitions in place. Do you have any you can share with me?

@CubeAce has made a suggestion of how you might create what you want to do; whether he has anything like project files he could or would be willing to share with you is clearly entirely up to him to respond. But you really do need to be prepared to "try things out for yourself".

However, you mention in your question about doing something similar to a Powerpoint presentation, with animated graphics etc. Why not create your design in PP and then use the "Save as Video" option to export it as mp4? I have very recently done exactly that with a client's PP presentation, which included short videos, the whole of which needed to be integrated to a longer video file. The actual export process from PP can appear to be rather slow but the results are excellent.

One caveat, though this may not affect you at all. PP "automatically" exports at 29.97fps, so NTSC, and any integrated audio can playback glitchy in the exported version. In the case of the one I've just done, some parts included music tracks; for the final version I had to remove the exported audio and substitute new copies of the actual tracks.

I don't know if the actual version of PP you have available offers this facility (I'm running Office 365 so mine is the latest); possibly older versions may not be able to export to video.

@VideoPro

I'll try giving a link and see what happens.

I'm not sure this will work, but basically the opening titles I can put onto the beginning of any project I want to, although I try not to do exactly the same opening twice. I'm sorry, but I'm not really in the habit of doing other people's work for them and what I find acceptable may not be to your standard. These I do for my own amusement.
