hello .. so i bought a CD music maker plus edition at a sale from people that moved a month or so ago and i paid $35.00 for it and it also has another cd called samplitude music studio. i tried to install them but its saying there registerd already to someone else wat can i do now please help me thank you

@JUAN-RICO-AVILES The previous owners of the software must unregister it from their account. They must contact Magix and usually pay a fee for this.
Maybe it's also possible if they give their user account login credentials to Magix.com to you so that you can change their contact details and e-mail address to your contact details and mail address
If you cannot get them to do this you are probably out of luck and have to get your money back somehow.

Awe wow that sux sadly I dont know them. They told me the code was all there and told me it was serial the one for each CD 😔 witch I have and as I was reading they do start with P3 I was so excited wen I started buying MIDI used and a dj controller mics so this sux laid off too that's why my equipment are all used . @JUAN-RICO-AVILES Maybe you can contact Magix sales support at infoservice@magix.net and ask for help. I don't know how much they can do in this case because it is very hard to confirm that someone got the serial legitimately from a third person and not just tries to grab the serial for themselves. But since it seems that you got the CDs and the codes you could try and send Magix some photos of your copy. Maybe they will transfer the serial or give you another serial. I think it is worth a try.
