How to reinstall my Vegas Movie Studio 15 Platinum

My computer's hard drive needed replacement. I am getting it back from the shop tomorrow. It will have a new hard drive. The old one was having problems. I purchased VEGAS Movie Studio 15 Platinum, Vegas DVD Architect, proDAD Speedr 1.0 back on September 2018.

The computer repair shop is unable to transfer my programs over to the new hard drive

How do I reinstall my software?
