If you have audio objects (wav, mp3, ogg, tak, ect...) in the arrangement, you can't save it as MIDI.  Audio files and MIDI file are two entirely different things.  If you want to save a track as MIDI, it must be constructed completely of MIDI objects.

Well, I have it made only with the midi-keyboard, so it hasn't any audio objects. So is there a way, except saving all midi-objects individually?

Not in MAGIX Music Maker.  MMM can only handle Type 0 MIDI files.  It cannot properly import or export multi-track, Type 1 MIDI files.
