How to slow down video & audio together in MEP MX Pro

I have a dance video that I'd like to slow down by a tiny amount--video and audio together. When I set the Video Effects | Speed to .99 or .98, the video slows down appropriately, but is then not synced with the audio. Is there an easy way to accomplish this slowing down of the video with the audio staying in sync?

I'm using version 11.0.6.4, and am not experienced at all with key frames, if that's the answer. So, a response-for-dummies would be much appreciated.

Hi,

Set the mouse to Stretch mode and drag the grouped video/audio to the required extra duration.

In this example I've stretched the original by as much as 10%.

Many thanks for the tip. It would be good if Magix were to give an option to compare original and adjusted tempos, the way for instance Audio Cleaning Lab does with its time stretching option. --childgrove
