Hub Login

Rick-Merriman wrote on 4/7/2024, 12:21 PM

I have no issue logging in via the web and a browser.

From within Photostory 2024 (most recent version win 11 128GB RAM - NVIDIA 3060) I can not login to view my account or use any of the tools such as the text-to-voice. I have the full pro version. I even tried updates and then even uninstalled and reinstalled the software, and I still have the same issue.

Any advice would be appreciated

Hi

The text to Speech feature is only available with a Photostory deluxe 365 subscription.

If you recently bought the one time purchase version and you require the Text to Speech feature, email Magix at infoservice@magix.net to see if they will refund/change yo over to the 365 version.

Yes I believe that is what I have. The issue is that I can not log in from the application for that or any tools or even see my account information... just spins and spins and spins.

@Rick-Merriman

I definitely do have the subscription version and I see the same problem, at least to start with!

In my case, I also have the subscription version of Video Pro X15 and so tested the Hub log in in that software. Initially it too failed to connect but once it did, I was also able to connect in PS!

Perhaps, therefore, it was some sort of glitch with the server. I can only suggest you "keep trying"! It is certainly working now for me.

@emmrecs

Hi Jeff

Sorry for the previous post, I can't delete or edit them, I'm new to this forum.

I'm a VPX16 subscriber and I can't connect to the Magix HUB either. Is there any solution besides waiting for the server to respond?

Hi,

I managed to log into Magix Hub at night.   It seems very insecure if the connection depends on server availability.

So be aware of it, and be patient!
