Humble Bundle Vegas Pro 14 key says it was already registered

A long time ago I bought the humble bundle this company did to get a copy of Vega pro 14. I never got a chance to actually try the software, and I lost my Adobe License, so I thought I would try vegas 14 before deciding on what software to use moving forward. I followed all the steps but the installer says that my key is already in use. I've never actually used my key before so I'm not sure why. Can I get the key transferred to me/activated?

Hi Tyler and welcome to the user to user forums some some Magix products.

Unfortunately you are on the wrong website for Vegas products and should be here instead.

Having said that, in instances of any product problems, software or hardware, your first port of call for any complaint should always be the retailer of the product. In this case, Humble Bundle, and check with their terms and conditions on the sale of digital content. So first, try them and if you feel you need to, try the Vegas website after for advice, although be aware it will be another user only forum.
