I am using Vegas Studio Pro16 trying to render a 1 hour video in 4K but the program keeps stalling

I have used Vegas in its differing forms and versions for many years. At present I
have a problem with Vegas Pro 16 (Build 424). I am using Windows 10 (64-bit) and I
am trying to render a one hour long video in 4K HEVC (I have also tried other
formats). The program keeps stalling whilst rendering or gives me a system low on
memory error message. I have a computer with an I9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz  and
32,684.6Mb Ram. Surely this specification is sufficient for Vegas.

In fact, I have been working with Magix support since 1 April 2020 trying their solutions one after another. In response to a recent email I received a:-

"Thank you for your mail

Unfortunately, we can't process your request, since your ticket has already been closed. Please create a new ticket via the support form on our website:

http://support.magix.net"

A singularly unhelpful reply as there now seems no way of contacting a support technician or creating a new ticket.
