Additional: What is your Windows OS: Xp, Vista or Windows 7 32/64 bit?

According to PDF Manual of Midistart 2 "When you use this master keyboard with Windows 98, Windows 2000 or Windows XP, you must install USB driver software into your computer with attached CD-ROM."

If your present computer is Windows Vista or Windows 7 in that case your driver might create problem.

Did you also set ASIO Driver in Music maker?
