@Maria-Urbina Did you buy it as a used product? The previous owner has to free up the license because it is bound to the mail address.

@Maria-Urbina The problem is, that the software thinks somebody used your registration serial number in the past. This could be the case if the software was used by somebody else in the past.

Where have you bought the product? Have you bought it from Magix.com?

I tried downloading the product online from the magix.com website and now it says that its already been used or I had already registered it could be that my laptop made a mistake but I dont have the product

@Maria-Urbina I don't think that your laptop is the problem. I think it is the best idea for you to contact registration support at infoservice@magix.net Support can handle registration problems because they can look into the user registration database.
