I can't download instruments from help menu

I want to download instruments from the ACID Pro 11 Pro suite help menu, but I can't click the checkbox. No matter how many times I click it, it remains blank. Actually, when I tried to download it a while ago, it was interrupted by an Internet error. So when I tried again, I ended up in this situation. By the way, I tried reinstalling the app, but it didn't work. It might be because I didn't uninstall it using the official procedure. I would appreciate any help.

@Haruyashi There may be half downloaded installers in C:\Users\YourWindowsUserAccount\Documents\Magix Downloads\ that need to be removed. Besides that, you can uninstall already installed instruments via the normal Windows Apps removal feature. Select Magix Content and Soundpools and uninstall it. This should open a window where you select what should be removed. Next, you should be able to redownload it again.

@sp. Wow! Thank you for your kind reply. I tried the method you taught me right away. There is nothing left in the Magix downloads folder, and when I try to uninstall it using Magix Content and Soundpools, nothing shows up. I think it is recognizing something that does not actually exist. Is there any other way to install VITA2?

@Haruyashi Ok. Now we have to find out, why you cannot set the checkmark in the downloader.

You can try to reset the program settings by holding CTRL and SHIFT on your keyboard, then starting Acid. Keep holding CTRL and SHIFT until a small window appears that will ask you about resetting the program settings. But I'm not sure this will help with the downloader, but it's worth a try.

Could also be worth a try to restart the computer. Maybe this will delete some temporary files. Please select the Restart option and not the Shut down option.

Did I understand you correctly, you cannot uninstall Acid and cannot reinstall it?

@SP. I didn't know that you could reset it by holding down CTRL and SHIFT when starting it. I had high hopes for this method, but it didn't work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling ACID several times, but that didn't work either. There must be a download cache somewhere, so if I can just delete that, I think it will work. Thank you for suggesting various methods.
