I can't update program...

Hi. I have the version 18.0.0.42. When I try to update from Help/Update Program, the new version 18.0.3.0 shows up, downloads but then nothing happens. Do I need to do somthing to put the update in effect?

However as a first guess I would suspect you are using Windows 7 and the UAC (User Account Control) function is stopping the installation of the updates.

Try right clicking the MMM shorcut and select Run as Administrator then perform the update again, hopefully this will work.

If not come back with more information as per the post above.
