Hi

Assuming you are re-installing the software anfd you previously registered it you can get your Serial no by browsing to  magix.com

Click the My Account (head and shoulders) icon top right of the menu bar, login using your email address and pasword.

Select My Products fon the next page - this will take you to your registered products and serial nos.

If you have never installed the product then you should contact Magix and have your receipt no, date of purchase and place of purchase available.

Dear Jeff, I really don't know what my son did, assume he really didn't manage to install this product at all. I can not find anything from My Products - page. So now we have a product which we can not use. Could you please, please send me the serial number so we have have this case out of my mind?

No-one here can send you your serial number! This is a user to user forum, not Magix Support.

You need to go to this page, open a Support Ticket and include ALL the information that John listed in his reply to the OP, nearly 3 years ago:
