I cant see my voice in the volumemixer it won record my voice what do i do

May be some setting is needed.

Which version of Music Maker do you use? what is your windows os Xp, Vista or Windows 7/8?

Anyway you can read this tutorial to know about some connections. May be it will help you jus try.
