I bought the Plus Music Maker version 07/07. Yesterday I requested the refund with Ticket # 2018071017000752 upon entering the program I verified that it returned in the free version, but I did not receive my money back and no confirmation email of the refund. What happened?

This is a user to user forum, not a contact service for Customer or Sales Support. Therefore, there is nothing that anyone here can do to help you, unfortunately.
OTOH, if you requested a refund only yesterday I think you should be prepared to wait at least another two or three days to receive the money back in your bank account or returned to your credit card. Sometimes, the payment gateway, the company to which you actually make the payment, may take a little time to actually issue the refund; sometimes your bank or credit card provider may be a little slow to credit the money to your account.
