jkleben,

I've got a _MenuAlpha_.BMP file in '..Documents\MAGIX\...\DiscImages. The location of disc images is set under 'File' >> 'Settings' >> 'Program...' >> 'Folder' tab. Here it's a 1527 x 815 white image with just a date and a dot:

I think if you remove (to a safe place) everything in the DiscImages folder everything needed will be re-created next time time you burn a disc.

Regards,

Carl

Hi

What is your D drive?  At which point in the burning does this occur?  Can post the section of the error log showing the error?

If you have a computer with a single hard drive then the D drive is usually the DVD burner - if this is the case then have you been puliing resourcs / video from a DVD?

If this is an external hard drive or second hard drive then check that the files exist in the location given by the error message.

John

Hi,

I wonder if you even have a D: drive? As I've described in some recent posts, I sometimes get messages about files and/or folders and/or drives that don't physically exist (and never have) on my PC. A bug IMO, referring to the file structure on which Magix developed the program.

Assuming you do have a D: drive does that specific file exist or not? And does the name really have a space before '.bmp'?

Thanks for all the posts.  After several attempts unsuccessfully to burn the disc, I redid the entire project and it was burned successfully.  Therefore I must have had a corrupted file or bug.   I appreciate the responses.
