I had a new VPX and now I have an old one

Hello!
I bought VPX 2017.06.04 with one year update and just before the end Magix released the latest version 16 ... which I used and installed on 2 devices.
Yesterday I installed Win7Pro on one device again and here I made a problem because after installing VPX I have the opportunity to work only on the previous version because Magix does not give me
upgrade to the newest version, despite the fact that previously I had it installed. What to do with it?

Zakupiłem VPX 2017.06.04 z roczną aktualizacją i tuż przed końcem Magix udostępnił najnowszą wersję 16... z której skorzystałem i zainstalowałem na 2 urządzeniach.
Wczoraj zainstalowałem na nowo Win7Pro na jednym urządzeniu i tu się zrobił problem bo po zainstalowaniu VPX mam możliwość pracy tylko na wersji poprzedniej bo Magix nie daje mi
aktualizacji do najnowszej wersji mimo tego,że wcześniej taką miałem zainstalowaną.Co z tym zrobić?

If you do not have a current subscription and you updated to the latest VPX before the end of your one year subscription ended I would suggest you contact Magix support

If you have a current subscription and cannot activate VPX you may need to deactivate the updated computer registration as follows:

browse to Magix.com and click the My Account icon top right of the home page
login with your email address and password
select My Products from the left pane
you should now see your VPX registration, click Show more details
deactivate the appropriate computer installation
Run VPX on the new installation and activate it

You should now be able to download the updates and extras.

Hi,

According to the terms of the Update Service, you get and keep what is available when you pay, plus you get an advance on any updates/upgrades that come out in the next year which you can keep so long as you don't have to reinstall the program. If you do reinstall the program after the one year expires and you have not renewed, what gets installed is the version that was available when you last paid. That is what happened in your case. The solution is to upgrade/renew the Update Service.

Zgodnie z warunkami usługi aktualizacji, otrzymujesz i przechowujesz to, co jest dostępne, gdy płacisz, a także dostajesz zaliczkę na wszelkie aktualizacje / ulepszenia, które pojawią się w przyszłym roku, które możesz przechowywać tak długo, jak długo nie będziesz musiał ponownie zainstaluj program. Jeśli ponownie zainstalujesz program po upływie roku i nie odnowisz go, instalowana jest wersja dostępna po ostatniej spłacie. Tak stało się w twoim przypadku. Rozwiązaniem jest aktualizacja / odnowienie usługi aktualizacji.

After entering my panel I am able to download the installer and install VPX and updates only to version 15.0.4.176 even though I had VPX 15.0.4.211 installed before the last update until 16.01.44.
I expect Magix to comply with the contract and give me what I paid for.
If there was such a possibility when downloading the program (download and save), I would probably do it so as not to download it from the site.
Only once the VPX installer 15.0.0.56 has been where it should be, that is, the Magix Downloads folder. The update update is not known where.

Po wejściu na swój panel mam możliwość pobrać instalator i zainstalować VPX i aktualizacje tylko do wersji 15.0.4.176 mimo,że przed ostatnią aktualizacją do 16.01.244 miałem zainstalowany VPX 15.0.4.211.
Oczekuję ,że Magix wywiąże się z umowy i udostępni mi to za co zapłaciłem.
Jak była by taka możliwość podczas pobierania programu ( pobierz i zapisz ) to pewnie bym tak zrobił,żeby nie pobierać ze strony.
Tylko raz VPX instalator 15.0.0.56 został tam gdzie powinien zostać czyli folder Magix Downloads.Reszta aktualizacji pobiera się nie wiadomo gdzie.

Witam!
Temat zamknięty.
Okazało się,że plik instalacyjny do wersji 16.... był na drugim laptopie.
Nawiasem mówiąc Magix powinien udostępniać na swoim serwerze ostatnią zarejestrowaną wersję w panelu klienta,a nie tą z dnia zakupu.
Tak jak jest w przypadku Vegas.Dopiero po zakończeniu subskrybcji powinien proponować swój najnowszy produkt.
