You should be able to simply install MEP on your new computer and enter the same activation code, and maybe the email address you used when you first registered your product. Though perhaps not strictly in accordance with the EULA I have MEP on this machine, handy for quickly checking features and grabbing screen shots when contributing to the forum, and also on a better 'editing machine' up in my work area.
