There are alternatives for MacBook Pro such as Audacity, FL Studio and Logic Pro X etc.

Ya, if I was a macbook user, I would have used Logic Pro no doubt. But you have paid for Acid already so the only choices you have at this point are either create a boot on your mac and have a secondary windows OS installed or use acid on a PC if you have one.
