I just tried creating a support request on your Help Center...trying to get help choosing a new video editing product.

The support request could not be saved is the result I received twice.

@murrayatuptown Hello! This is a user forum and no Magix support staff is active here. Since we are all users, we cannot do anything in case there are server problems, but you can ask us, if you want some recommendations.
