I have been a customer of Sound Forge since well before MAGIX & SONY (back as far as v7) back in the days of Sonic Foundry and your stupid reg. process will not let me use MY legit purchased software on my new computer (v14)!!! - I am OUTRAGED that I can not get any one to help me with a product I have supported for years and paid hundreds (over 1000$) for! I want someone to get back to me ASAP -- PLEASE!!!!

To re-activate your old SF version(s), on a new or different PC, you must use the email address that was used when it was originally registered. Magix uses all the SCS info, so nothing has changed in that aspect.
If you have lost your old serials, they are there with Magix as well, using the log in email and password from back then (likely Sony, aka, SCS) along with the installers. Just go to the Magix Service Center and select 'My Product's' for a list of all your registered products going back to the Sonic Foundry days, \

Contacting Magix Tech Support and Customer Service is a bit confusing though, see this recent post for instructions

btw, "welcome to the Magix Sound Forge users forum @Kurtis-Burns .. and FYI, no one on this forum is a Magix employee and/or has access to and customer serials and personal info, including the moderators, so "your stupid reg. process" falls on deaf ears.

FWIW, Sound Forge Ver. 7 was a SCS product,
