i have the cd only i got this back in 2008

@glynn-batzer Do your remember your e-mail address from back in the day? You should still be able to log into your customer account at Magix.com.

If I remember it correctly, in 2008 P-Serial Numbers were introduced. So it might be listed in your old customer account.

If you can't remember or find it, there is Music Maker 2024 Free Edition, although somewhat limited. But it should work well on modern systems.
