We need more information - cryptic posts are not helpful.
- Computer specification see this topic for details of what is required, please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full.
- Program full name and version number - as found under Help, About if you can get it.
- What makes the program crash ie can you trigger the crash, if so what are you doing that triggers it?
