I purchased the Sound Forge Pro Mac 3 from Safe Harbor, I got the Voucher ID, put my voucher id and got the email from Magix with Serial number and download link, when I tried to use download link and serial number, it is not taking the Serial number, I talked to Safe Harbor supports, they asked me that I need to talked to Magix Support Team, Please help and I have other Products like Sound Forge Pro 14 for window and those are showing my account software list, though SOUND FORGE Pro Mac 3 is not even showing in that list, please help.
