I set my program to multi monitor, now I cannot see the file menu

Movie Edit 17 Pro 17 Plus -- I set my program to multi monitor, now I cannot see the file menu or the tools bar. I cannot figure how to reset the program. I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it does not revert to the standard view. I tried the Cntrl+Shift while double clicking on icon, but that doesn't give me any opyions, but proceeds to load the program in the unusable setup.

What else can I try?

I read a post about a different problem that suggested using the F9 key. That got me to where I could see the tools bar.
