I was using the trial version of MUSCI MAKER 2013, I downloaded the paclage for additional sounds etc, and all the VITA instruments were working fine. I have since upgraded to the full paid version and now some of the instruments don't work. Any advice?

I will assume you did a download....check to see if tahe instruments are all enclosed in one content pack....go online like you're starting over...go to Help to download additional content and check athe various boxes....athey give yu a list of content....that is after you have gotten to the Magix download site ....and do a new download.

This is assuming the not working instrumenats are in the same contnt package. You are wise to check all athe features on MM2013....instruments, VSTs, effects, templates, soundpools....the whole deal, for $100 you get a lot and you want it to work and you don't want to be surprised in the future in finding a problem...such as you already have. Good luck
