If i make my own music (like lyrics and guitar and actual instruments) and use magix music maker to record would i be able to sell it?

I have the demo version, i was thinking of buying it until ir ead that i would need a license to sell my music. The only confusion was that in every case it was about the soundpools. What if i made my own music using instruments and touched it up with audio effects. Would i still need a license to sell my music? Or would i be okay? Also if there is any suggestions on other programs i would like to know.

Hi

So long your composition contains only material you have created then you can sell it.

It is only when you use the soundpools and preconfigured rhythms (see below) in MMM that you need a licence.

If you use the synthesizers in MMM then as long as you create the rhythms yourself then AFAIK you do not need a licence.

What he said...

As far as the virtual instuments are concerned, they are tools you bought the rights to use when you purchased the software.  What YOU have created using those tools belongs to YOU.

However, the virtual instruments themselves are a creation of someone, so as the EULA says, you are NOT permitted to copy, alter or sell those virtual instruments.
