If I use all royalty free samples, can I release my beats for commercial use?

Hi, so I have a rather complicated question. I purchased Magix Music Maker 2013 without realizing it was not royalty free. I intend to use this program to produce tracks for commercial use. So here's my question: If I delete all of the soundpools from Music Maker 2013 and replace them with royalty free packs, can I then release tracks for commercial use without penalty? Are only the sounds under copyright, or are the plugins and such copyrighted too?

First of all...why would you DELETE the soundpools you bought and paid for?

While the soundpools that came with the program are for private use only, you can go to CATOOH and purchase the Audio Pro Unlimited license, which would allow you to use them for commercial purposes within the limits of the license.

To my knowledge, the use of the instruments and effects is not restricted, although MAGIX has been known to alter their licenses regularly and without notice.  I have MMM-2013, but I do not have my new computer system assembled at this time, so I do not have access to the current license agreements.

As Procyon has already given you answer in details therefore, I would like to add some more points.

1. When you buy Audio Pro license and save the purchased souldpool some where such as on External hard drive or on computer. Then confirm if, the purchased soundpool file size and genres are same as your pre-installed Muisc Maker 2013 or not? Instead you delete the soundpool folder from Music Maker 2013  go to Program settings/General and locate where it says clean up soundpool or reset soundpool.(do as you like) but do not forget to un-check the use installed soundpool even after reset. If you won't un-check this option you will get all styles in double.

By doing this you will retain your original Music Maker's soundpool. It is better not to play with the original Program files.

For Vst plugins pre-installed in the program, you can not use presets of those Vst plugins, you can not just make one loop and start selling you have to make some thing new. Such as if you use Rock drum, Vita strings or Bass machine. You compose new music using these tools and have to use that with in your music track. This is what I have learned from Magix.

If you like you can refer my tutorial for help.
