how can i download and purchase music maker ? is there a phone number? I bought on amazon and someone already used my code... so i come here and they wont accept my card..wtf? anybody have a solution?

By far the easiest method to purchase any Magix software is to go to the appropriate page of the website here and make your purchase.
I hope you have asked Amazon for a full refund if your previous purchase was actually not new but a second-hand product which the previous owner had not de-registered from his account.
WRT to the problem of your Visa card? What error message do you see, if any? Could your card issuer be blocking your attempts to use it to make the purchase, since they may consider that an attempt to apparently purchase the same software again might be a fraudulent use of your card? If so, you need to contact them to rectify the problem.
